Last week we sent out a survey to some users to get insights into how people are using our product and to get some general feedback.
We learned a lot from the results, and we are so thankful to anyone who has invested some of their precious time to help us improve.
One thing we learned is that we were not clear enough about some of our features. What happened was, that we got requests for features we already supported in our Pro plan. So today with this blog post we want to start changing that.
Your weekly availability
Having this feature is awesome if you only have some time slots each week available for meetings. You can easily set these up and let people book you at times which suits you perfectly. You can also set buffer times before and after each meeting, which can be helpful if you need to commute to your meeting or just want some time after to reflect.
Customizing your design
Do you want to showcase your company’s brand? Or do you want to highlight your personal brand? With the ability to customize your Vyte page design – no problem! Upload your logo and background. This way your Vyte page gets your own unique touch. You can even set up a custom domain. Mine is for example matti.vyte.in.
Advanced Vyte page features
Going Pro brings you not only a customizable page design but also a lot more useful features. Like adding links to your page like your social accounts or any other page you want to add. Or you have a preference for either a skype call or your favorite coffee place? Just add the location as a default to your page. There are also some more to get the most out of your individual page:
- change “Meet” wording (ex: Book a meeting with)
- don´t ask for a subject (or automatic subject like Meeting yourname/Invitees name)
- set and hide timezone and language
- set a meeting duration
- restrict invitees abilities like inviting more users or suggesting new places
- automatic custom message
Group scheduling features
If you are scheduling group meetings we have some awesome features for you!
You can hide other invitees so that you are the only visible invitee for the others. This works great for tasks like managing candidates interviews for recruiters. Additional you can also restrict all invitees so that they aren’t able to suggest other dates, places or invite new invitees. This can be useful if the event itself is set in stone and you just want to know who is attending.
Password for your assistant
Having an assistant who takes care of all your appointments is awesome (I guess)! But no matter how much you trust them, giving your Google password away is not something you want to do. Good news! With this feature, your assistant will be able to login into your Vyte account and manage your meetings without logging into your Google account.
