Want to let your guests book a meeting with someone who belongs to multiple teams while also reserving a meeting location? You can now do that with Vyte. 🙂
Here’s how it works:
- Create human teams based on your needs (for example, by expertise, service type, or geographic region).
- Assign the appropriate tags to these teams (for example, Literature, Tutoring, or EMEA).
- Create a single-user team for each meeting location.
- When guests select their criteria, Vyte displays the availability of the team member(s) who match the selected filters.
- If the location is available, it is automatically reserved and appears as the default location in the meeting confirmation email.
