Do your teams work across multiple locations with different schedules? Vyte can now automatically take these constraints into account.
For example:
- Available on Monday and Tuesday in Meeting Room A
- Available on Wednesday in Meeting Room B
- Available on Thursday and Friday in Meeting Room C
With this new feature, Vyte can now match each user’s availability to the location associated with the meeting.
How does it work?
For each location, you can create a dedicated meeting type and allow your team members to define their availability for that location.
Using a new matching mechanism, Vyte automatically associates each location with the corresponding availability.
When a guest books a meeting, Vyte:
- Identifies the selected location;
- Retrieves the availability defined by the relevant team members for that location;
- Displays only the time slots that are actually available.
A practical example
Let’s say a team member is available:
- On Monday in Meeting Room A;
- On Wednesday in Meeting Room B;
- On Friday in Meeting Room C.
If a guest wants to book a meeting in Meeting Room B, Vyte will consider only the availability associated with that room and display only the corresponding time slots.
Benefits
- Simplified scheduling across multiple locations
- Availability tailored to each room or resource
- Fewer scheduling conflicts
- A smoother booking experience for your guests
This feature is especially useful for organizations that manage multiple meeting rooms, offices, branches, coworking spaces, training centers, or any other resources that require location-specific availability.
